植物激素调控侧根发育的生理机制

摘 要:

植物激素是调控植物生长发育的重要物质。侧根是植物根系的重要组成部分, 侧根的发生对于植物吸收水分和养分以及适应土壤环境发挥着重要作用。多种激素协同作用通过影响植物的遗传程序调控侧根的起始及发育。本文对生长素、细胞分裂素、独角金内酯等植物激素在侧根发生及发育过程中的调控作用及其分子机制做了综述, 为研究操纵侧根发育提供参考。

Physiological Mechanisms in Phytohormone Regulation of Plant Lateral Root Development

Abstract:

Phytohormones are endogenous substances playing vital roles in plant growth and development. Lateral root, as an important component of root system, is very important for absorbing water and nutrients and for adapting to soil environments. The initiation and development of lateral roots are affected by the combined actions of endogenous phytohormones. In order to provide references for manipulation of lateral root development, we summarized the regulation and molecular mechanisms of phytohormones such as auxin, cytokinin and strigolactone in the process of lateral root occurrence and development in recent years.
